What do you need from me to start?
A site plan in PDF or DWG format is best. Include fixture cutsheets, IES files, and local lighting requirements if you have them. We’ll review what you send and confirm any missing information.
Can you fix a photometric plan that failed review?
Yes. Send the previous plan and review comments. We can adjust the fixture layout, optics, shielding, and calculations to address the issues noted by the reviewer.
Do you handle light trespass and shielding requirements?
Yes. If the project has property-line limits, shielding requirements, glare concerns, or spill-light restrictions, we review those during the layout process.
Do I need to know the required foot-candle levels?
No. If you have a target or local requirements, include them. Otherwise, send your project information and we can review the lighting criteria for the application.
How long does a photometric plan take?
Many projects are completed within 1–2 business days after we receive complete drawings and fixture information. Larger or multi-area projects can take longer. Include urgent deadlines so we can confirm availability.
How quickly will you respond after I submit?
We follow up personally after submission. Sending your drawings, site details, and fixture information helps us confirm the scope and next steps faster.
